From Amusement Park to Public Park
NRDC’s sustainable communities director, Kaid Benfield, blogs about visiting Glen Echo Park in Maryland, an old art deco amusement park that is now owned by the National Park Service and managed by a nonprofit organization as a historic site and creative center.
